नियम और शर्ते :-
Minimum Month/ Minimum Security Amount
1. (a) फर्नीचर न्यूनतम 4 महीने के लिए रेंट पर लेना अनिवार्य हे एवं कंपनी द्वारा 4 महीने का सुरक्षा राशि लिया जायेगा जो की
शर्तो के साथ refundable* अमाउंट होगा !
- (a) 10. It is mandatory to rent furniture for minimum 4 months and security amount of 4 months will be Taken by the company, which will be refundable*Amount with conditions.
1.(b) शर्त:- अगर कस्टमर द्वारा मंथली रेंट समय पर नहीं दिया जाता हे तो लेट चार्ज या क़िस्त या दोनों कस्टमर के 4 महीने एडवांस रिफंडेबल रूपये में से काटा जायेगा !
1.(b) Condition: - If the monthly rent is not given by the customer on time, then late charge or installment or both will be deducted from the customer for 4 months advance refundable rupees.
(2.) Furniture Rent Due Date:-
(a) if furniture Order date 1 to 10
your due date 2 next month
(b)if furniture Order date 11 to15
your due date 5 next month
(c) if furniture Order date16to20
your due date 10 next month
(d) if furniture Order date 21 to month end your due date 2 next to next month
Example:- (a),(b), (c) अगर आपकी फर्नीचर Order:-
1 तारीख से 20 तारीख तक होने पर आपके फर्नीचर का किराया देय तिथि अगले महीने 1, 5, 10, तारीख को आएगी
Example:- (a), (b), (c)If your furniture Order
is from 1st to 20th, your furniture rent due date
will come on 1st, 5th, 10th, next month
Example:- (d) अगर आपकी फ़र्नीचर Order की
तारीख 21/5/2022 से अंतिम महीने की तारीख तक
फ़र्नीचर order पर आपकी फ़र्नीचर का किराया
देय तिथि 02/07/2022 होगी
(d) If your furniture is from the date of
delivery 21/5/2022 to the date of last month
your furniture rent due date will be 02/07/2022
on the order of furniture
3. अपने उत्पाद की डिलीवरी शुरू करने से पहले आपको कुछ केवाईसी दस्तावेज जमा करने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है !

5 . एक बार जब आपकी न्यूनतम किराये की अवधि समाप्त हो जाती है, और कस्टमर द्वारा फर्नीचर और आगे समय के लिए चाहिए तो कस्टमर उसी मासिक शुल्क पर उत्पाद किराए पर जारी रख सकते हैं ! इसके लिए कस्टमर द्वारा कम्पनी को पूर्व में सूचित करना होगा !
5 . Once your minimum rental period is over, and the furniture is needed by the customer for further time, the customer can continue to rent the product for the same monthly fee. For this, the company has to inform the company in advance.
6. यदि आप अपनी योजना के न्यूनतम किराये के कार्यकाल से पहले उत्पाद वापस करना चाहते हैं, तो आपको एक महीने का किराया अतिरिक्त और उत्पाद वापस लाने का किराया भी कस्टमर्स को देना होगा !
6. If you want to return the product before the minimum rental tenure of your plan, you will have to pay one month's rental extra plus the return cost to the customer.
7. अगर कस्टमर द्वारा रेंट समय पर जमा नहीं किया जाता हे तो 12% ब्याज या किराया कस्टमर द्वारा दिया दिये गए 4 महीने एडवांस अमाउंट में से कांटा जायेगा !
7. If the rent is not deposited by the customer on time, then 12% interest or rent will be deducted from the 4 months advance amount paid by the customer.
8. किसी भी वाद विवाद की स्तथि में अंतिम निर्णय कंपनी का होगा !
8. The final decision in the case of any dispute will be that of the company.
9. हम कस्टमर से यह आग्रह करते हे की आप सभी टर्म और कंडीशन सही तरीके से समझ ले उसी से बाद फर्नीचर आर्डर करे !

11. किसी कारण से अगर कस्टमर द्वारा फर्नीचर को किसी दूसरी स्थान पर पहुंचना हो तो कस्टमर को कंपनी को जानकारी देनी होगी और ऊस प्रोडक्ट को कंपनी द्वारा ही दूसरे स्थान पर पहुंचाया जायेगा इसके लिए कंपनी कस्टमर से चार्ज लेगी जो की दुरी और पोरोडक्ट के हिसाब से कस्टमर द्वारा देय होगा !
नोट :- फर्नीचर सिर्फ कंपनी द्वारा दी गई लोकेशन पर ही ट्रांसफर किया जायेगा !
11. For some reason, if the customer wants the furniture to reach some other place, then the customer has to ninform the company and the product will be transported to another place by the company, for which the company will charge from the customer, according to the distance and the product according to the customer Will be payable by.
Note:- Furniture transfer only at the location provided by the company Will be done !
12. हम सभी ग्राहकों को पहले से सूचित करना चाहते हैं कि फर्नीचर डिलीवरी और पिकअप शुल्क का भुगतान ग्राहकों के द्वारा ही किया जाएगा। जो दुरी और फर्नीचर के हिसाब से कस्टमर्स को बताया जायेगा I
12. We would like to inform all the customers in advance that the furniture delivery and pickup charges will be paid by the customers only. Which will be told to the customers according to the distance and furniture
13. हम सभी कस्टमर्स को ये बता देना चाहते हे की किराये पर दिए गए फर्नीचर पर मालिकाना हक़ फर्नीचर रेंट वाले कंपनी का ही होगा।
13. We want to inform all the customers that the ownership of the furniture given on rent will be of the furniture rental company only.
14. फर्नीचर रेंट वाले कंपनी के द्वारा किसी भी कस्टमर के आर्डर को केंसिल करने का पूर्ण अधिकार हे कम्पनी के द्वारा किसी भी कस्टमर को बिना पूर्व सूचना दिए भी आर्डर को कैंसिल किया जा सकता हे
14. The furniture rent wale company has the full right to cancel the order of any customers, the order can be canceled by the company without any prior notice to the customer.
15. सभी कस्टमर्स से निवेदन हे की आप ऑर्डर बुक करने से पहले आप सभी के लिए ये जानना जरुरी हे की आपकी तरफ से किसी कारण से ऑर्डर केंसिल किया जाता है तो आपको जो अमाउंट रिफंड किया जाएगा वह ट्रांसेक्शन चार्ज 2.50 % से 3% तक होगा वह काट कर रिफंड किया जाएगा
15. It is a request to all the customers that before booking the order, it is important for all of you to know that if the order is canceled for any reason from your side, then the amount you will be refunded will be the transaction charge of 2.50% to 3%. will be deducted and refunded.
16. 16.प्रोडक्ट शिपिंग डिलीवरी टाइम 4-5 दिन का रहेगा

17. हम सभी कस्टमर्स से आग्रह करते की इलेक्ट्रिक होम एप्लायंसेज डिलीवरी के समय आप चेक करले की उसमे कोई खराबी तो नहीं हे अगर कोई खराबी निकलती हे तो प्रोडक्ट को उसी समय return करे
कस्टमर्स के द्वारा product receive करने के बाद अगर प्रोडक्ट में कोई भी कमी निकलती हे या जान हानि होती हे तो कंपनी की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी
17. We urge all the customers to check the electric home appliances at the time of delivery that there is no defect in it, if any defect is found, then return the product at the same time.
After receiving the product by the customers, if there is any defect in the product or there is loss of life, then the company will not be responsible.
Note: - Furniture will be transferred only at the location given by the company.
